NP, barely. '74 is not as sought after as the '71 but to be honest, it's just as great candidate for modification as any other third-gen Charger, maybe even better since you can find one for a lot less than a '71 or '72. The only major visual change between the years was inverting the c pillar slope as the window (slanted foward versus slanted back).
